Pellet Grill Roasted Salsa

Total time: 35 min


1. Preheat grill to 375f
2. Wash all ingredients and place tomatoes, peppers, and onion directly on the grill
3. Grill about 10 minutes then flip ingredients and repeat another 10 minutes
4. Once all ingredients on the grill have blistered and have cooked through remove from heat and set aside in a pan or baking sheet
5. Peel skins off of tomatoes, peel and de-seed the peppers
6. Put all ingredients listed into a food processor and mix to your desired salsa texture
7. Refrigerate to cool the salsa (preferably overnight)
8. Dig in!


5-7 | vine ripened tomatoes
1 | white onion (halved)
1 | poblano pepper
1 | Jalapeño pepper
1 | green bell pepper
3 | garlic cloves
2tbsp | honey
1 cup | fresh cilantro
Salt, pepper, cumin | to taste
1 whole juice of lime
