Smoky-Sweet Jalapeno Poppers

Steps

1. Cut and de-seed peppers and cut bacon slices in half.
2. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and Tennessee smoke rub in a separate bowl.
3. Fill each pepper with cream cheese mix and wrap with half cut bacon slices.
4. Set grill/smoker to 200 for 20 minutes.
5. Place jalapeno poppers on a wire baking rack, then directly on grill grates.
6. Increase heat to 375f and continue to cook until bacon begins to crisp. About 25 to 30 minutes.
7. Dig in!

Ingredients

•12 count | Jalapeno Peppers (halved & scooped of seeds)
•12 slices | Bacon (cut in half pieces)
•16oz | Cream Cheese (softened)
•2 cups | Shredded Cheddar
•4 tbsp | Spiceology Tennessee Smoke Rub
